Information we receive
- Contact form: when you submit the form on our Contact page, your name, email, company, selected service and message are placed into a WhatsApp message that you send to us. We only receive that information if you press send in WhatsApp.
- Chat assistant: messages typed into our chat assistant are handled in your browser and are not stored on our servers. If you choose "Chat on WhatsApp", the text is passed to WhatsApp.
- Direct messages and email: anything you send to us by WhatsApp or email.
How we use it
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the work you request. We do not sell your information.
Third-party services
Our website loads fonts and scripts from third-party providers (such as Google Fonts and public CDNs) and links to WhatsApp. These services may receive technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads them. Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep project communication for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
